ZhenCheck ("we", "our") provides independent, English-language risk reports on Chinese business entities, compiled from official public records (corporate registration, litigation, enforcement, penalty, and related government databases) and other publicly available sources. Reports are delivered as digital documents (PDF/web) to the email address you provide.
Our reports are informational only. They are not a product-quality guarantee, a certification of a supplier's reliability, legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Findings are classified using restrained language (Confirmed / Consistent / Inconsistent / Not Verified) reflecting the strength of available evidence. You remain solely responsible for your sourcing decisions, contracts, payments, and quality-control procedures.
Reports are typically delivered within one business day of a successfully placed order, to the email address supplied at checkout. If we cannot retrieve core company records for the entity you specify, you receive a full refund. Individual empty sections (for example, no litigation history) do not qualify for a refund.
Monitoring subscriptions bill monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may use reports for your own internal business decisions. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content, scrape the site, or use it to build a competing data product. One user license per purchase unless agreed otherwise.
We are not affiliated with Alibaba Group, 1688.com, or any supplier. We do not accept commissions, kickbacks, or incentives from suppliers, and we do not handle payments or goods on behalf of buyers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
